The SILVER package comes with a simple iconic logo design. It does not include any matching stationery design. It does however come with 100% Satisfaction Guarantee in terms of getting your selected design concept tweaked to your liking!

• 6 Initial Logo Design Concepts: Based on your initial input about your company and your design preferences and our own research into your market segment and target market, we will create 6 different logo design ideas for your review. This ensures you have enough choice to select the idea/direction that best suits your tastes and your company.
• 3 Logo Designers: The 6 initial design ideas will be created by 3 different logo designers. This ensures that you get the benefit of the experience and backgrounds of different designers rather than getting ideas from one single designer. The experience of these designers range from 2-3 years.
• UNLIMITED Changes: From the 6 initial design ideas we show, you can select one idea/concept to move forward and request changes or tweaks to that particular design. We will work with you to change, revise, tweak and polish your selected design till you are 100% happy with the final logo.

• Work with in-house designers: All our designers are in-house here in Cleveland, Ohio, USA. Our designers are accountable for the work they produce. This is worlds apart from working with freelancers or participating in design contests where you will be working with nameless and faceless designers who can not be accountable for any risk of copied designs or clip art usage.
• 8 Different Final File Formats: Once the logo design is completed, we will give you via a download from our website, your shiny new logo in 8 different file formats that will cater to you every conceivable use, including printers, sign makers, embroidery, use on your computer and more! File formats include vector files (AI Illustrator, EPS) and web files (PDF, JPEG (300 dpi), TIFF CMYK ( 300 dpi), TIFF RGB (300 dpi), GIF (Transparent) and PNG (Transparent)).
• Life Time File Storage: Our service does not end when your logo design project is completed. We will retain your logo final files on our backup servers for the life time of our company and if you ever lose your logo final files, one single email to our support department will get your files back on the same day.
• Online Studio Floor: All our design process is conducted via our online studio floor which is a sophisticated project management software portal on our website. Once you login, you can view your project details, the work in progress and previous design rounds. You can ask your designer questions, you can request changes, upload mock sketches and share your design progress with friends or associates to get their opinion. Our online studio floor is the primary mode of communication and the entire design process works through this method of communication.

Our Iron-clad Refund Policy

We work very hard to ensure we create the right kind of logo designs for our clients. However, since design is a subjective service and since it is possible that a client may not like the designs we come up (which rarely happens), we try to mitigate the risk to our client by offering a refund policy.

Once we show you the 6 initial design ideas, if you are not happy with any of them and do not want to continue the project, you can request cancellation of the project. We will promptly refund your amount MINUS $75 service fee that goes the time and effort put into project till that time. To ensure our generosity is not abused, we will register and retain the copyrights to the designs we have created.

Your card will be charged $197 and after the order is completed, you will be taken to our logo design questionnaire. Once you complete and submit the questionnaire, a lead designer will be assigned to your project and he/she will then create your account on our online studio floor (with in 24hours) and email you with your login details.

We will then begin our design work and will get back to you in 3-5 business days with the initial 6 logo design idea concepts which will be presented on the online studio floor for your review.
