A copyright, however, does not give the same kind of protection as a Trademark Registration - especially in the case of a company logo. Our Iron-clad Refund Policy
We work very hard to ensure we create the right kind of logo designs for our clients. However, since design is a subjective service and since it is possible that a client may not like the designs we come up (which rarely happens), we try to mitigate the risk of our client by offering a refund policy.
Once we show you the 10 initial logo design ideas, if you are not happy with any of them and do not want to continue the project, you can request cancellation of the project. We will promptly refund your amount MINUS $75 service fee that goes the time and effort put into project till that time. To ensure our generosity is not abused, we will register and retain the copyrights to the designs we have created.
